Legacy Lodge

For the Miller family, summers meant one thing: Minden, Canada.

Nestled in the lakes and forests of that corner of Ontario, Mountain Lake was where the Miller children spent their summers with their grandparents — long, unhurried days on the water, the smell of a cabin that knew exactly what it was, and the kind of childhood memories that don’t fade. The cabin on that property wasn’t just a building. It was where the family learned what it meant to be together in a place that belonged to them.

That feeling never left.

In 2008, a piece of that spirit made its way south to Millerville with the addition of Legacy Lodge. The name says it all — it was built to carry something forward. The same sense of refuge and rootedness that defined those summers on Mountain Lake. The same pull toward the water, the trees, and the people you love most. A place where the next generation could feel, even if they never made it to Minden, exactly what those summers were made of.

Legacy Lodge isn’t just a building on the property. It’s a love letter to the cabin on the lake in Canada, and to the grandparents who made it matter.
